A Little Lost

It is becoming very difficult to tell the difference between parody and actuality. For example:

Without seeing the rest of the account's tweets (lord, I hate that usage of the word), there is little chance of identifying whether it's serious or poking fun.

Unfortunately, in this case, reading the rest of the user's messages doesn't clear it up very well. More unfortunately, I'm leaning toward thinking that this person is actually deranged instead of a brilliant satirist.
