Wanderment

The trouble with writing straight reporting of my life is that it's pretty boring. This is why I plan to do a lot of photography here. Definitely the better way to do it. This, in spite of the fact that don't really much care if I'm being boring, which explains most of the other topics I listed as planned.

The trouble with writing anything more than straight reporting of my life is that I turn out to know not a dang thing. Ok, that's not really true. What I know tends to be partial and ill-thought-out, and my blanket statements should probably be called "Swiss cheese statements" for all the exceptions they should include but don't mention.

On the other hand, it's my own goddamned view, isn't it? And anyone who can't figure out that everything has exceptions without a truckload of caveats being repeated every time is really not worth debating to begin with. We're adults here, and if you're not an adult, you'd best keep your mouth shut until you can understand this full paragraph. The whole point of this tiny corner of the Web is to let my mind wander, to toss ideas out there, to try on notions without having to claim they're God's Own Decree. Just sharing stuff that gets stuck in the grey matter.
